Rock the Shot's May Photo Challenge is Flower Portrait! So fitting for this time of year. Although I have so many flower photos from this spring, I just love this session too much to not use one from it. This is a three year old's birthday session. You can see more photos from the session on my blog here.

I am a HUGE fan of Confessions of a Prop Junkie! One of the things I love about it is it's a huge source of inspiration for me when I get to see so many lovely photos posted each week as part of the Be Inspired theme .

I am so honored to share that one of my photos was selected to be posted on their blog for the theme Wildflowers! You can visit the blog here. It's alphabetical so scroll down to the N's. You can also visit their Facebook page here.

I met the M Family bright and early this morning for some 1 yr/3 yr/5 yr/family photos. Not only does the family have some beautifully photogenic children, but they also have one of the cutest little doggies, Biscuit, to round out the family. K, I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Soooo jealous of those lashes!

I love the natural mess of this picture of the kids with their Grandma.

Had to include a picture of B with Biscuit!
The Mommy of these beautiful children is one of my heroes. Some how she manages to care for five children (yes, five), work a full-time job, work out and compete in triathlons, and maintain a relationship with her husband. I don't know what her secret is. Here are some shots of two of her children. I don't know how I get so lucky. All of my clients just have gorgeous children with gorgeous eyes! These two definitely kept me on my toes and gave me a little work out! It was a glimpse into my future as my children have almost the same age gap!

This is T's favorite stuffed animal - the chicken.

This is T making chicken noises for me.

I guess I am biased, but I think I have the cutest, most adorable clients ever! Little E was no exception! Not only do I love girls is adorable dresses and girls with spunk, but I really love adorable girls in dresses with spunk! As a former tomboy, I always get a kick out of girls that love to run around in 100 degree heat and jump, climb, and roll around.

Usually I always leave bubble pictures in color. For some reason, I really like these in black and white...

As a Mommy of two boys, I feel like Mommy L and I are in a secret club together. Boys are so much fun! I love how the cute, playful, and loving relationship Mommy L and Toddler L have shines through in these pictures. Congratulations L! I can't wait to meet Baby C and I am so honored to be asked to photograph him after his birth!

Although all of my sessions include time when kiddos can just play and be themselves, sometimes it's fun to do a session as a fly on the wall without a single attempt to get his attention. Here's a typical morning for Toddler J. Feel free to request a session like this as well!
